Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Развивать доверительные отношения с руководителями Engineering и Product, используя данные рынка и вознаграждений для привлечения топ-талантов.
• Строить разнообразные pipelines для технических ролей и вести кандидатов от поиска до предложения.
• Проводить структурированные дебрифы и давать конструктивную обратную связь командам оценки.
• Укреплять бренд работодателя через митапы разработчиков и sourcing‑инициативы.
• Вести TA-проекты по оптимизации end‑to‑end процесса найма и работать с ATS.
• Обеспечивать актуальность данных в системах рекрутинга и внедрять AI‑инструменты в повседневную работу.

Задачи:

• Develop trusted relationships with Engineering and Product leaders, using tech talent market insights, competitor intelligence and pipeline data to guide hiring strategy and make high-impact hires.
• Build diverse, high-caliber pipelines for specialized and in-demand technical roles (spanning Software Engineering, Product Management, Data, Design & more), managing candidates from sourcing through to closing complex, competitive offers.
• Facilitate structured evaluation: lead debrief/washup sessions, and give constructive feedback to hiring squads to keep technical assessments objective, consistent, and candidate-friendly.
• Elevate Dojo’s employer branding by running developer meetups, and community-driven sourcing initiatives.
• Contribute to and lead TA projects aimed at optimising our end to end hiring process.
• Demonstrate curiosity and have a systems thinking approach
• Be adaptable to changing priorities
• Maintain high data integrity across our recruitment systems while proactively adopting AI tools to accelerate sourcing, research, and daily workflow automation.

• Proven track record successfully hiring across multiple technical domains within a fast-paced technology or fintech environment.
• Strong technical literacy, comfortable speaking the basic language of engineering and product teams, assessing domain fit and translating technical requirements into compelling candidate pitches.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior technical leaders using conversion metrics, talent landscape data, and compensation benchmarks.
• High adaptability and resilience, capable of balancing shifting roadmap priorities and balancing multiple specialized searches concurrently.
• Practical, hands-on experience leveraging modern AI sourcing tools and workflow automations to streamline candidate identification, market mapping, and outreach.
• Deep operational familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) combined with an appetite to experiment with emerging recruiting technologies.
• Curious and confident bringing fresh AI-native tools & ideas into the workflow
