Job summary

Social Care in Action (SCiA) is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across services in Southampton with occasional travel in Hampshire. This full-time, permanent role focuses on attracting talent, delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining safer recruitment practices.

You will report to the People and Culture Manager, manage vacancies, build talent pipelines, and support employer branding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practice and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience with DBS checks and right-to-work verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through onboarding.
• Advertise vacancies across platforms and social media.
• Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers.
• Ensure safer recruitment compliance and DBS checks.
