About the Role
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of services, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with safer recruitment practices.
You will work closely with managers across the organisation to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment campaigns, and build talent pipelines that support SCiA's strategic objectives.
