Job summary

Taylor Woodrow is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support resourcing across projects in the UK. Reporting to the Resources Manager, you will drive internal redeployment, project mobilisation and external recruitment, ensuring vacancies are progressed efficiently and professionally.

You will partner with hiring managers, attend project sites, and manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational and business support roles, using direct sourcing and recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house recruitment within construction or civil engineering
• Experience supporting workforce planning, redeployment, project mobilisation and external recruitment
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, commercial and business support roles
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Direct sourcing capability via networks, boards and platforms

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand resource requirements
• Mobilise project resource by identifying internal candidates and external talent
• Attend project sites to build relationships with Hiring Managers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for vacancies in line with processes
• Prepare role briefs, adverts and candidate attraction materials reflecting Taylor Woodrow values
• Use attraction channels including direct sourcing and recruitment platforms
• Guide hiring managers on recruitment approaches and interview planning
• Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, offers and onboarding with HR teams
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate information in systems
• Promote fair and inclusive recruitment practices
