Your Future Role:

1. Handle the complete recruitment process for Central Functions positions, from job posting to successful onboarding and integration.
2. Work alongside hiring managers to outline role requirements, formulate recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
3. Conduct interviews, assess CVs, arrange schedules, and manage the recruitment process to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
4. Proactively source candidates and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, acting as the primary contact.
5. Regularly review and improve recruitment procedures and employer branding to attract and engage top talent.
6. Guarantee a positive and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

Your Present Skillset:

1. Extensive recruitment experience, ideally beginning in an agency before moving in-house.
2. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across teams.
3. Proven track record in managing both direct sourcing and third-party recruiter relationships.
4. Proficient with ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse or similar tools.
5. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
6. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-performance, and evolving environment.
7. Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
