Medlock Partner is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This is a delivery-focused role supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams.
The successful candidate will own the full recruitment process—using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support—to find and secure top talent. The roles include investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations; experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets is preferred.
You will be client-focused, committed to understanding hiring needs, and delivering excellent outcomes. Responsibilities include managing vacancies from brief to offer, building talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting wider HR initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
