Your new role

Talent Acquisition Partner, up to £43,000 per annum plus range of benefits, located in North East Somerset. This is a permanent position. You will be part of the HR team, taking ownership of the recruitment function. In this varied role, you will work on a wide range of vacancies across all business functions and regions. You will liaise with hiring managers, maximize the success of the hiring process, and manage relationships with subcontractors and recruitment agencies.

What you'll need to succeed

This role suits an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional, ideally with experience recruiting in the engineering, manufacturing, or production (blue collar) sectors.

• Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition: Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Proficiency in ATS management: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to optimize ATS for efficiency.
• Stakeholder management skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Expertise in direct sourcing: Skilled in using tools like LinkedIn to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Knowledge of IR35 regulations: Familiarity with IR35 and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
