We work closely with hiring managers to deliver a values-led, inclusive recruitment process that’s efficient, engaging, and impactful.
About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take the lead in finding and hiring the best talent across a variety of business and operational functions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to shape job briefs, design tailored hiring strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer.

- Learn our recruitment tech stack (Pinpoint ATS, Hibob HRIS, Zinc Background Screening) and hiring processes.
- Partner with our Talent team to support immediate hiring needs while building familiarity with current and upcoming roles.
Establishing Your Impact…
- Take full ownership of recruitment for a range of operational and business functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and tailored sourcing strategies.
- Improve candidate experience by driving clarity, speed, and consistency across the hiring journey.
Driving Excellence…
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for optimisation.
- Contribute to employer branding, inclusive hiring initiatives, and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Continuously refine sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices in line with business needs.

- Deliver high-quality hires across multiple departments within agreed timeframes.
- Improve candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction across all recruitment touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, define success criteria, and deliver great outcomes.
- Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
- Provide regular reporting and hiring insights to support continuous improvement.
- Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across all recruitment activity.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house or via RPO.
- Strong sourcing skills across various channels and experience managing multiple roles at once.
- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to work at pace with shifting priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for creating a brilliant candidate experience.
