Fixed Term Contract - 16 months

Paying up to £60k plus benefits including bonus and PMI

Recent Financial Services experience, as well as experience in a fast-paced, change/growth environment, is essential for this role.

Medlock Partners is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services firm to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This delivery-focused role involves supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process—utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support—to attract top talent. The roles include investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, preferably within financial services, investment management, or capital markets.

You should be client-focused, understanding the needs of hiring managers and delivering excellent outcomes. Responsibilities include managing vacancies from start to finish, building talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and supporting wider HR and talent initiatives such as diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
