Job Description:

We’re partnering with a leading organization in financial technology to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to join a fast-paced, people-first business.

Salary: up to £62,000

In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle — engaging hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and managing a candidate-focused process. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and skilled at building strong internal relationships to achieve top hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting hiring managers across various business areas
• Sourcing candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
• Managing interview scheduling, feedback, and offers
• Representing the company at hiring events and employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in internal recruitment or RPO, preferably in tech or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in fintech sector
• Knowledge of diversity & inclusion practices
• Relevant recruitment certifications (CIPD, REC, etc.)
