In this newly created role, we are excited to create an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our business and HR team. In this role, you will have the chance to shape talent acquisition, creating a platform to deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Utilising your previous experience in high-volume recruitment of engineering, facilities, or similar industries, you will adopt a partnering approach with all hiring managers, being a trusted ally to fulfil their recruitment needs. You will support in the creation of job descriptions and job adverts, post on various job boards and platforms, identify key screening tactics to ensure top-quality candidates are shortlisted, and support managers in understanding our internal policy, processes, and overall recruitment strategy.
Your data-led approach will enable you to present metrics to senior internal stakeholders and the wider HR team. You will analyse and interpret this data to champion change and bring creative solutions and innovative ideas to fruition.
Your excellent organisational and communication skills will empower you to adopt a proactive, forward-thinking mindset; being able to identify challenges before they occur in order to solve problems quickly and effectively.
