About the Role

Medlock Partner is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This delivery-focused role involves supporting rapid, business-critical hiring across various teams.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process—using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support—to attract and secure top talent. The roles include investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, so experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own vacancies from brief to offer, ensuring timely delivery.
• Build and manage strong talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels, providing credible advice and guidance.
• Support and lead wider HR, people, and talent initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
