Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition within professional services or financial advisory sectors.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to hiring challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Commitment to diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition projects with UK and international leadership.
• Identify and engage high-calibre candidates via sourcing methods (headhunting, advertising, networks, referrals, social media).
• Support job descriptions creation and employer branding to boost Interpath’s market presence.
• Develop recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills and culture fit with Interpath’s values.
• Use data to inform decision-making and drive improvement across hiring lifecycle.
• Manage the applicant tracking system ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
