We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and inspire our growing TA team of 8 in a fast-paced, evolving environment in West Yorkshire. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, leading change, and ensuring excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences during a period of significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Drive strategic hiring initiatives to meet high-volume demands.
  • Oversee process improvements and implement scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on workforce planning and talent market insights.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Manage metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement of the TA function.
  • Lead change management efforts related to systems, processes, or organizational shifts.
