Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives across departments.
• Implement process improvements and scalable recruitment strategies.
• Advise senior stakeholders on workforce planning and talent market insights.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
• Manage metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement of the TA function.
• Lead change management related to systems and organizational shifts.
