Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Location: 70 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SL

Your Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager:

You will be instrumental in attracting and securing exceptional talent for our various teams, including client-facing roles in sales and lettings, as well as essential support functions in property management and administration.

This involves developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience. You will also build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, monitor industry trends, and contribute to initiatives that enhance Johns&Co's reputation as a leading employer.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Comprehensive experience managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in utilising various sourcing channels and platforms to attract candidates within the property industry.
• Strong ability to conduct effective screening calls and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• A proactive attitude and keen interest in how your role contributes to the overall success of the business.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
