Job Description:

Edenbrook is partnering with a market-leading Insurance Broker to find a dynamic Finance Manager. This pivotal role combines traditional management reporting with transformation work, notably onboarding new acquisitions and evolving the Group’s systems (OneStream).

As the company grows through acquisitions, this role will be key in integrating new businesses into the Group’s financial framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding of new acquisitions into the Group’s consolidation and reporting framework.
• Collaborate with finance teams to align data, processes, and controls.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Group Accounting, and External Reporting teams for smooth integration.
• Develop onboarding tools, templates, and guidance for consistency.
• Support the implementation and testing of OneStream, coordinating across Group Finance.
• Provide support within the management reporting team to aid transformation.
• Help reduce reporting timeframes and improve report quality.
• Assist in strengthening internal controls and SOX readiness.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in group reporting, financial transformation, or complex consolidation environments.
• Experience onboarding or integrating new entities is highly desirable.
• Understanding of finance systems and data flows; experience with OneStream is a plus.
• Proactive communicator, capable of managing cross-functional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
