Felix is recruiting for a Head of People and Culture in the UK. This hybrid role, based in Greater London, manages 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and leads recruitment across the charity, reducing agency reliance and driving cost-effective hiring.
You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver inclusive, efficient recruitment. You will develop hiring capability, oversee social media recruitment, ATS usage, and interview processes to attract exceptional talent

To lead and deliver Felix’s direct recruitment strategy, attracting, sourcing and securing exceptional talent across the organisation. The role will reduce reliance on agency recruitment, enhance cost-effectiveness, and build hiring capability by partnering with and developing Hiring Managers to make confident, inclusive and effective recruitment decisions.
