Felix is seeking a People Officer on a temporary basis to join the People Team. The role covers HR administration, recruitment support, payroll tasks, and lifecycle services from onboarding to exit. Hybrid working with a London or Sheffield office, 35 hours per week.
The successful candidate will handle DBS checks, right-to-work verifications, and liaise with payroll. This temporary position supports long-term absence within the team and requires knowledge of current employment legislation.

You will be part of the People Team, providing administrative and generalist HR support to the advisory and recruitment functions,
helping to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.
The core duty of the People Officer is leading in the day-to-day operation of the HR Service, including recruitment, payroll,
changes in terms and conditions, absence, leavers, reporting and wellbeing. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of
the employee life cycle are supported with.
Please note this is a temporary position to support with current long-term absence within the team.

other duties from time to time.
