Job summary

Front Range Community College (FRCC) seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, optimize recruitment workflows, and ensure compliant hiring for diverse employee groups. You will guide ATS configuration, audits, and training while building strong external pipelines and partnerships.

You will drive data-informed decisions, collaborate across departments, and represent FRCC at events. A flexible hybrid role may require travel to campuses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience designing and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Experience using data and reporting tools to inform decisions.
• Experience identifying sourcing channels for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience implementing onboarding strategies for new hires.
• Commitment to inclusive, equity-focused recruitment practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
