Cloudscaler is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in London with hybrid remote/on-site duties (Aldgate). The role leads a small TA team, carries a personal quota, and builds direct-sourcing pipelines to minimize agency reliance.

• You’ve carried a full-cycle recruiting workload and closed hard roles yourself.
• You build pipelines directly and teach others to do the same.
• You’re comfortable leading a small team and coaching peers.
• You can discuss technical markets with engineering and cloud hiring leaders.
• You own cost-per-hire and pipeline reporting with data-driven mindset.
• You are eager to reshape a sourcing-led function and reduce agency reliance.

Responsabilidades

• Carry your own quota and lead recruitment for senior, technical, and business-critical roles.
• Build a team of three to five Talent Acquisition Partners with clear verticals.
• Make direct sourcing the default and develop internal pipelines.
• Manage remaining agency relationships and reduce reliance on agencies.
• Own metrics: cost per hire, time to fill, and pipeline quality.
• Back early careers, shaping graduate and apprentice pipelines.
