Chemist4U is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You will shape sourcing, advert creation, and employer branding strategies while coaching teams to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Based in our Lancashire hybrid office, you’ll report to the Head of HR and drive metrics, pipeline health, and hiring performance across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across roles and industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building with hiring managers.
• Proven interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities with effective selection criteria.

• Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Create engaging job adverts and promote vacancies across platforms.
• Manage employer branding and presence on Glassdoor/Indeed, driving candidate experience.
• Coach managers through recruitment processes and ensure consistent interviewing standards.
• Provide regular recruitment insights, pipeline activity, and market trends.
