Job summary

Welocity.ai in London, UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead with 5–10 years of technology recruitment experience to own end-to-end hiring for software, data and AI roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, build targeted sourcing strategies, actively engage passive candidates, manage multiple vacancies, and ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience throughout the process. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a growth-focused tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on technology.
• Proven track record hiring mid-to-senior level Software Eng, Data, AI.
• Experience in fast-paced startup/scaleup environments.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition across mid-to-senior technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities and candidate profiles.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-find technology talent.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess experience, technical alignment, motivations and overall suitability.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
• Coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruitment activity, pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Develop strong talent networks across the UK technology ecosystem.
