The role requires 8+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR, strong stakeholder influence, and expertise in recruitment technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Professional recruitment or HR qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/HR.
• Experience managing complex campaigns and engaging senior stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver strategic talent acquisition plans aligned to business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and market insights.
• Drive sourcing through multiple attraction channels, pipelines, employer branding and market mapping.
• Utilise data and workforce analytics to provide recruitment insights and inform future strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement of recruitment processes, governance and data integrity.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions that enable the business to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead recruitment initiatives, optimise sourcing strategies, leverage market insights, and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to support organisational growth and workforce planning.

• Professional recruitment or HR qualification would be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years' experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Proven experience managing complex recruitment campaigns across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies, recruitment technology and workforce planning.
• Experience using data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and inform recruitment strategy.
