Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinator to join our growing HR Team, based in London.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the hiring process across the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, and in coordination with colleagues in the United States and other global regions. This position supports a diverse, fast-paced, and evolving recruitment environment, delivering exceptional service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to support recruitment operations across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences while leveraging Workday Recruiting and other digital platforms to enable recruitment success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to manage logistics, anticipate scheduling challenges, and resolve conflicts quickly.
  • Organize logistics for virtual and on-site interviews, including travel coordination and video conferencing support as needed.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a warm, timely, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status, next steps, and interview logistics with consistent and clear communication.
  • Act as a representative of the company’s values and culture during all candidate interactions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and others across Europe and the United States to align on hiring priorities and ensure process efficiency.
  • Build trusted relationships across various business functions and regions, ensuring recruitment operations reflect both local and global needs.

Recruiting Operations & Enablement

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within Workday Recruiting, maintaining data integrity and supporting compliance with internal and external guidelines.
  • Support administrative aspects of Early Career recruitment programs, including scheduling, event coordination, and tracking participant progress.
  • Assist with third-party vendor coordination, including scheduling, onboarding, and processing invoices where applicable.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and presentations to support data-driven insights and tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing workflow enhancements or process refinements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a talent acquisition or HR coordination role, ideally supporting recruitment across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European language skills are highly valued.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of coordination and documentation.
  • Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort working across different cultures, time zones, and business units, with the ability to adapt communication and support styles accordingly.
  • Proficiency with Workday Recruiting and confidence using virtual collaboration platforms, including WebEx, and familiarity with others such as MS Teams or Zoom.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to foster trusted partnerships with team members and stakeholders.
