Job summary

Safran UK is seeking a HR Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on building visibility and efficiency of hiring across the UK, with hybrid working.

You will develop internal data reporting (Power BI) and provide external market intelligence to keep Safran competitive, while partnering with TA and HR leadership to turn insights into hiring strategies. Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI reporting and data modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query.
• Experience with HR systems/ATS (Smart Recruiters or SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.
• Experience using external market data sources (salary surveys, talent insights).

Responsibilities

• Develop TA reporting suite with dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to TA and HR leadership.
• Analyse salary benchmarking and market insights to support hiring strategies.
