Job summary

Safran in the UK is seeking a Purchasing Data Analyst to drive data quality and performance insights across the Purchasing function. You will manage data, build dashboards, and support digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain ERP data accuracy, and explore AI and automation opportunities to improve purchasing processes and reporting. Based in Monmouthshire, you will work with cross‑functional teams on Power BI and ERP data governance.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and reporting skills with KPI development experience.
• Proficient in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience with ERP data, data governance, and P2P processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyse Purchasing KPIs and dashboards.
• Create and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Act as the Purchasing focal point for ERP data and data quality.
• Collaborate with data owners to improve data governance.
• Support AI and automation opportunities within Purchasing.
• Manage Power BI and Power Platform applications.
• Serve as the Procure-to-Pay SME, delivering training and PRA activities.
