Job summary

UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking to recruit for a 12-month talent acquisition role in Culham, Oxfordshire. The post involves end-to-end recruitment, publishing job adverts, coordinating interviews, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The role requires good administration and strong planning skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work is expected three days a week, with flexibility to support remote working requests where

  • Competent IT skills and familiarity with systems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Manage recruitment requests and candidate progression through our ATS, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality job adverts to attract top talent with consistency and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with timely communication and feedback throughout the journey.
  • Proactively source talent using online platforms and social media to build strong pipelines.

Join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 12 months and play a key role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll support end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless, professional and inclusive hiring process.

  • Manage recruitment requests and candidate progression through our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality job adverts that attract top talent while promoting consistency, professionalism and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to arrange schedules, rooms and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview support and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Proactively source talent using online platforms and social media, building strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Support wider Talent Acquisition activities, including stakeholder engagement, purchase order administration, offer approvals and championing equality, diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.

The salary for this role is £29,328. Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.

This role will be based from Culham, Oxfordshire

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
