UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for a 12-month period to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will manage requests, publish engaging adverts, coordinate interviews and proactively source talent to build pipelines.
The role is based at Culham, Oxfordshire with onsite working 3 days a week and flexible working options. BPSS/DBS checks may be required; UKAEA offers a strong pension and benefits package.
Join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 12 months and play a key role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll support end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless, professional and inclusive hiring process.
The salary for this role is £29,328. Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
