The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Europewill be responsible for the administrative duties related to the recruitment process, in addition to focusing on sourcing, screening, and assisting with the hiring of entry-level to mid-level employees within Azumi Europe operations.

This position will focus on ourEuropean portfoliofor our Zuma and ROKA brands - with permanent locations, in Italy, Spain & France and seasonal residencies in Italy, Greece, Spain, France and Austria. This position is located at our Head Office in Central London and is offered as a maternity cover for aminimum duration of 9-months.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Own and manage all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including maintaining recruitment documentation, tracking hiring metrics, updating documents and managing candidate databases to ensure a streamlined operation
  • Ensure all recruitment materials and job advertisements reflect Azumi’s brand values and EVP, maintaining consistency across all communication and marketing materials
  • Complete recruitment metrics reporting templates on a monthly basis

Full-cycle Recruitment for Entry to Mid-level Roles

  • Conduct recruiting activities for entry-level to mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening and arranging interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure all roles, from entry-level to mid-level, are posted on the ATS and conduction on going maintenance of the platform to keep it up to date and clear of outdated listings
  • Coordinating applicants progress, ensuring clear and precise communication with both candidate and hiring manager, escalating as necessary
  • Support the organisation of open days and career fairs by managing administrative tasks and logistical needs

A few things to help you to succeed in this role

  • Experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role – ideally multi-site
  • Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A command of another language would be ideal
