Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based out of our Canary Wharf office in London on an initial 6-month contract.

About the Team

The Global Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an energetic and passionate professional who is looking to start their corporate career in Human Resources. This individual will work directly under the supervision of the Global Head of TA and the TA Leads.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Partner with team members to provide support for the full recruiting life-cycle
  • Coordinate with candidates, colleagues and third-party vendors to schedule phone, video and on-site interviews
  • Lead and partner on recruitment efforts for junior level jobs and for campus & early career programs hiring
  • Assist with reporting and administering assessments to candidates
  • Collaborate with HR Service Centre in the generation of offer letters and communicate with candidates through pre-employment process
  • Participate in various projects related to process improvement, employment branding and ad hoc assignments

  • Motivated and highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced and high-volume work environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
