Job Description:

Meraki Talent is partnering with an insurance firm, looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the team on a 12-month fixed contract.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, telephone screening, and interviewing across multiple positions within the business.
• Experience recruiting across various areas, including technical, commercial, and operational roles.
• Managing the full interview process, scheduling interviews with line managers, conducting skill assessments, and evaluating qualifications based on role requirements.
• Coordinating interviews and related tasks to ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
• Creating and maintaining a talent pool of suitable candidates for future vacancies.
• Conducting initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess skills, attributes, and organizational fit.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience recruiting diverse roles at different levels.
• Experience working in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Delivering a first-class candidate experience.
• Ability to build a candidate pipeline for future hires.
• Strong experience using ATS and CRM systems to maximize candidate exposure.
