Global Talent Acquisition Lead | Experienced & Corporate Hires

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Type: Full-time | Entry-Level

Flexibility: 3 days in office, 2 days from home (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support our internal global recruitment operations, playing a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or develop their career in Talent Acquisition.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV review, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely support
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Hiring Managers to facilitate smooth handovers and hiring logistics
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and begin pre-screening candidates after initial training period
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive.

Experience Required
