Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support recruitment across trading areas and the Support Centre. You’ll write engaging adverts, shortlist candidates and support hiring managers, while ensuring a fair and efficient process.

The role focuses on clear communication, candidate experience and compliance with policies. You will work with the People Team across campaigns, developing processes and improving how we attract talent to Lincolnshire Co-op’s communities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment in a high-volume, multi-site environment.
• Relevant recruitment qualification or CIPD or working towards one.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation (GDPR and right-to-work).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns with hiring managers to attract the right candidates.
• Create engaging job adverts and support candidate sourcing, shortlisting and selection.
• Manage recruitment activity through the ATS, keeping records accurate and monitoring progress.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and contribute to employer branding.
