Job summary

Netcompany in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Technology) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our UK Recruitment team.

You will hire top tech talent across software developers, architects, infrastructure, DevOps and cyber security, building proactive pipelines and delivering against targets while collaborating with stakeholders and driving employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of delivering high-volume, complex hiring while owning and optimising the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• In-house recruitment experience with a focus on tech hiring for Software Developers/Architect, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cyber Security, Service Management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Able to meet KPI targets and metrics.
• Experience in creating and implementing a seamless recruitment service.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the recruitment target within the agreed time frame and quality standards
• Build and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines
• Identifying innovative ways to reach candidates, i.e. improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing
• Participates in recruitment and employer branding activities
• Build and maintain managed talent pools of high-quality candidates to support current and future workforce plans across technology business units
• Ensures sufficient planning and organization of own work, whilst reporting precisely on any issues and processes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to be a trusted advisor within the business
• Able to meet deadlines and complete administration duties to a high standard
