Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) functions including Logistics, HR, Supply Chain and Property. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

The role features a hybrid working model in London, with on-site facilities and the opportunity to support regional events. Strong stakeholders and experience with SuccessFactors are preferred to drive hiring strategy

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Confidence using ATS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors).
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in recruiting management roles.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders when required.
• Passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Flexibility to support cross-team projects and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 360-recruitment cycle for salaried roles from job brief to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring roles to life
• Advertise vacancies across the right channels and track ROI
• Screen and shortlist candidates using SuccessFactors (ATS)
• Use active sourcing to find top talent and build pipelines
• Manage interviews, feedback, and candidate communications
• Create and issue contracts, check documentation, and support onboarding
• Keep systems up to date and ensure data accuracy
• Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategy and market trends
• Support DE&I initiatives across all recruitment activity
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams
• Provide in-person support for regional events and assessment centres
