Job summary

Veolia in Cannock is seeking a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to lead end-to-end recruitment for operational roles. The role is 32 hours per week across four days, with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will screen applications, shortlist candidates, and manage Workday workflows, building talent pools and advising hiring managers. You will also participate in job fairs and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
• Proficient sourcing via social platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, CV Library).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer.
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates with clear communications.
• Utilise Workday to progress activity and track hiring metrics.
• Build talent pools and proactively headhunt for hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide consultative interview guidance to hiring managers.
• Host job fairs and support process improvements in Talent Acquisition.
