Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Advisor to attract great people across the business.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, combine proactive sourcing, recruitment expertise and data insights to deliver the right talent. You’ll work in a hybrid role with three days in the office at locations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong track record of direct sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and ATS technology such as Eploy.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities.
• Experience creating engaging job adverts and recruitment content.
• Passion for delivering a brilliant candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment-related employment law.

You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers, combining proactive sourcing, recruitment expertise and data insights to deliver the right talent for our business.

Your Role Will Include

We’re looking for someone who combines recruitment expertise with a proactive, hands-on approach. You’ll be comfortable finding great people, building strong relationships and managing multiple priorities.

We currently work on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in the office or one of our locations. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
