Job summary

Sills & Betteridge LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor in Lincoln to support the growth of the firm by attracting, engaging and hiring across legal and business support roles.

You will manage vacancies throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to offer, with direct sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing and networking, while partnering with hiring managers to identify the best talent.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing role.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage vacancies and recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer stage.
• Direct sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening, interviewing and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and partnerships with hiring managers.
• Attend external events and travel between Lincolnshire locations as required.

Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Location: Lincoln (any of our offices across Lincolnshire may be considered)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: 9am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday

About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of the firm by attracting, engaging and hiring talented individuals across a wide range of legal and business support roles.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage vacancies throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to offer stage. You will be involved in direct sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening, interviewing, networking and talent pipeline activities, while partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide recruitment advice and identify the best talent for their teams.

This is a varied and hands on role that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, managing competing priorities and taking a proactive approach to recruitment. It offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of vacancies and collaborate with colleagues from different departments, practice areas and office locations across the firm.

With 17 offices across Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, regular travel between locations and attendance at external events will be required. Therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing role, ideally within a professional services environment. You will also have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment;
• Proactive and adaptable approach;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Confidence engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
