Job summary

The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Attraction team. This hybrid role covers recruitment across our hotels and support functions, with four days in our Bloomsbury office and one day working from home.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for ILH recruitment, managing end-to-end processes across hotel and support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Create engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns showcasing ILH life.
• Screen applications and support shortlisting; proactively source talent.
• Prepare and manage offers and onboarding transitions; monitor Right To Work checks.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs; support apprenticeships and placements.
• Represent ILH at careers fairs and events; use data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive recruitment projects to improve processes and candidate experience.

Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Location: Hybrid Working - 4 Days in our office in Bloomsbury, London & 1-day WFH

About The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Attraction team and play a key role in helping us find, engage and hire exceptional talent across our hotels and support function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who genuinely enjoys building relationships, identifying great talent and making a difference through hiring. Someone who pays attention to the detail, questions inefficient processes and actively looks for ways to improve how recruitment is delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for all ILH recruitment you’ll be managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of hotel and support function roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment expertise and guidance.
• Creating engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns that accurately showcase life at ILH.
• Screening applications against agreed criteria and support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting when required.
• Proactively sourcing and attracting talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and other innovative attraction methods.
• Preparing and managing job offers, ensuring a smooth transition from selection through to onboarding.
• Supporting our onboarding process including monitoring compliance (Right To Work Checks) and managing RTW enquiries.
• Building talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Supporting apprenticeships, work experience placements and other future talent initiatives.
• Representing ILH at careers fairs, hospitality events and recruitment open days.
• Using recruitment data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Supporting projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities and help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site environment (Hospitality/Retail/FMCG).
• Experience of managing high volumes of management vacancies at any one time (40+)
• You'll be a proactive recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• A continuous improvement mindset is a must, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• A passion for identifying and engaging great talent.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
• A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
