The Imperial London Hotels Limited in London is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Attraction team and lead end-to-end recruitment across hotel and support functions.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships, proactive sourcing, and continually improving recruitment processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The hybrid role involves 4 days in our Bloomsbury office and 1 day work from home.

About the role:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Attraction team and play a key role in helping us find, engage and hire exceptional talent across our hotels and support function.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all ILH recruitment you'll be managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of hotel and support function roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment expertise and guidance.
• Creating engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns that accurately showcase life at ILH.
• Screening applications against agreed criteria and support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting when required.
• Proactively sourcing and attracting talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and other innovative attraction methods.
• Preparing and managing job offers, ensuring a smooth transition from selection through to onboarding.
• Supporting our onboarding process including monitoring compliance (Right To Work Checks) and managing RTW enquiries.
• Building talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Supporting apprenticeships, work experience placements and other future talent initiatives.
• Representing ILH at careers fairs, hospitality events and recruitment open days.
• Using recruitment data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Supporting projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities and help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• To be successful in this role, you'll have experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site environment (Hospitality/Retail/FMCG).
• Experience of managing high volumes of management vacancies at any one time (40+)
• You'll be a proactive recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• A continuous improvement mindset is a must, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• A passion for identifying and engaging great talent.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
