About The Role

We’re Sunbelt Rentals UK, a successful FTSE 100 company and the UK’s largest plant hire company. With a continued plan for growth, we’re now looking to add to our successful recruitment team. It’s a fantastic time to join us and support our Hiring Managers in identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent across the business.

Our Recruitment Team is committed to providing a specialist service that encompasses the full end-to-end recruitment process, including developing employer branding and attraction campaigns, talent pipelining, and delivering effective sourcing and selection solutions.

Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Developing relationships with key hiring managers to understand their requirements and advise, plan, and deliver effective recruitment solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Actively sourcing, nurturing, and pipelining candidates from entry level to senior management. Supporting and leading strategic campaigns and recruitment drives to build the talent pipeline in areas such as HGV Drivers, Customer Service Advisors, Engineers, Professional Services, and Sales roles.
  • Utilising various channels to source relevant, skilled candidates, including our ATS system (Eploy), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CV databases.
  • Using data to inform activities, producing reports to demonstrate KPI performance related to ROI, quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/manager experience.
  • Working with the Recruitment Specialist to advise managers on the most suitable sourcing methods, facilitating assessments or tests, and contributing to our suite of selection tools.
  • Collaborating with the Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrators, and the wider HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes and value creation from HR activities.
  • Supporting the delivery of a recruitment strategy aligned with our People Vision and Values to meet business resourcing needs.

About You
  • Experienced in internal Talent Acquisition/Resourcing, familiar with direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently to meet objectives.
  • Passionate about recruitment and delivering high-quality customer care to candidates and managers.
  • Possessing a CIPD qualification or willingness to pursue one.
  • Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and networks.
  • Excellent at prioritising, planning, and managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence to challenge and influence.
  • Knowledge of employment law related to recruitment.
  • A team player used to working within a wider HR environment.
  • IT literate, with experience using ATS systems such as Eploy.
  • Willing to travel across the UK to our Service Centres, with a hybrid work pattern of up to three days in the office or depot weekly.
