Salary: £24,500 - £32,700 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Contract type: 1 x Permanent role and 2 x 6-month fixed-term contracts (Welsh language is desirable for one of the fixed-term contracts)
Location: Flexible – Any BBC UK office base (London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Salford, Glasgow, Belfast). This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be a trusted partner working in partnership with their hiring managers, providing a high-quality, expert consultative service to the business. The Talent Acquisition team has its challenges, so the individual needs to be adaptable and organized amidst change. However, you will be entering a supportive and collaborative team, where everyone is heard and supported.

Main Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is an integral part of a busy, high-performing Talent Team, responsible for delivering a wide variety of recruitment for roles at bands A-D. The role involves filling vacancies across the organization. The successful individual will work independently to manage approximately 20 requisitions at any one time and collaborate on more complex projects, as well as respond to policy and process requests.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Team Leads and work with Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners and the wider TA team, from sourcing to onboarding, to realize opportunities and create value across the BBC.
