Job summary

Harry Ramsdens Group Limited in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead our team on shift, drive guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards across daily operations.

You will supervise staff, manage stock and Health & Safety, and ensure excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Previous restaurant or fast-food experience is essential, with a passion for quality fish and chips and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing teams and coordinating shift staff.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in a hospitality setting.
• Experience in restaurant or fast-food environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and guest experience.
