Do you enjoy helping people access learning opportunities and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Are you organised, approachable and passionate about helping adults build their confidence, develop new skills and achieve their goals?
We're looking for a friendly and proactive Tailored Learning Co-Ordinator to join our Adult Skills, ESOL & Digital Learning team at Stamford College.
In this varied role, you'll help co-ordinate our Tailored Learning provision, supporting tutors and learners to make the most of the opportunities available to them. From organising course information and supporting enrolments to monitoring attendance and celebrating learner progress, you'll play an important part in helping adults access learning, stay engaged and move forward.
Working closely with the Head of Faculty, tutors and colleagues across the College, you'll help ensure our courses run effectively, learner records are accurate and learners receive the support they need to succeed.
You’ll support provision delivered through the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), helping us reach learners and develop opportunities for adults across our communities.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being organised, supporting others and making a positive difference. You’ll bring a helpful and patient approach to working with learners and tutors, alongside the ability to manage a varied workload and keep track of important details.

Experience of supporting tutors, adult or community learning, learner enrolments, attendance monitoring or funding requirements would be an advantage.
