General Dynamics United Kingdom Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of defence projects in a technically complex environment. You will bring strong delivery discipline and stakeholder leadership across engineering, customers and suppliers, guiding programmes from bids to delivery with exposure to Tactical Communications and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary defence projects.
- Strong governance, planning and control capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of low to medium complexity projects.
- Oversee full lifecycle from bid through close-out.
- Drive delivery of complex engineering projects in Tactical Communications.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Ensure delivery meets time, cost, quality, and performance.
