Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting for a Production Operator in Rochester, Kent. You will manufacture tablets and capsules in a cleanroom to GMP standards, set and operate tablet/capsule machinery, and drive consistency and quality on a days-based shift.

The role offers stability in a growing food manufacturing environment with modern facilities, opportunities to develop into a key operator as production scales, and clear standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Operator / Machine Operator / Manufacturing Operator (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience setting, running and adjusting production machinery during a run.
• Strong attention to detail to monitor product quality to specification.

Responsibilities

• Set, tool and operate tablet/capsule machinery.
• Keep production runs consistent, efficient and right-first-time.
• Maintain a cleanroom GMP-compliant environment and ensure quality.
