Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Production Operator to join a highly automated manufacturing site in Rochester, Kent. This permanent role offers a 4 On, 4 Off night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) with a salary of £27,580 per annum.

You will operate production machinery, ensure quality and hygiene standards, and support the broader team to hit targets. Applicants should have prior Production Operator or Machine Operator experience within food, drink or FMCG settings and be committed to safe,

• Proven experience as Production Operator, Machine Operator, or similar in a manufacturing environment.
• Food, drink or FMCG manufacturing experience preferred.
