Job summary

ALLWEILER GmbH – a subsidiary of Circor – is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role can be based in Radolfzell am Bodensee, Germany, or Uxbridge, UK, with remote working available within Germany or the UK.

The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director Global Talent Acquisition and collaborate with VP HR Industrial EMEA & APAC. You will manage multiple requisitions, build relationships with hiring managers, and drive sourcing strategies across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, specializing in Engineering, Sales, Finance, Lean Manufacturing, and Supply Chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruitment across departments, handling multiple requisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR teams across Europe (Germany, UK).
• Source and develop talent pools for technical and non-technical roles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, provide feedback to clients and recommend top talent.
• Iterate recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and efficiency.
• Keep detailed recruitment records and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Talent Development initiatives and organizational reviews.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team. The role can be based at our offices in Radolfzell am Bodensee, Germany, or Uxbridge, UK, with remote working also available within Germany or the UK.

The person will report directly to the Sr. Director Global Talent Acquisition and functionally to the VP HR Industrial EMEA & APAC.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process across different departments, handling 15+ requisitions at a time.
• Client Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams across Germany and Europe (Italy, France, Norway, UK), ensuring a deep understanding of their talent needs and company culture
• Sourcing & Talent Pool Development : Use a variety of sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Candidate Screening & Evaluation : Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, providing feedback to clients and recommending top talent.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency. Identify new tools, techniques, and strategies to attract top talent.
• Reporting & Documentation : Keep detailed records of candidate interactions, recruitment progress, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Talent Development Coordination: Support Talent Development initiatives, including annual Organizational & Talent Reviews, employee engagement efforts (e.g., annual Pulse Survey), and culture enhancement programs.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, specializing in Engineering, Sales, Finance, Lean Manufacturing, and Supply Chain roles.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
• The ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills and the ability to assess technical qualifications as well as cultural fit.
• Fluent in German and English.
