Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major UK infrastructure programmes in the electricity transmission sector. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through early development, optioneering, and FEED, ensuring readiness for financial sanction while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and a solid engineering background.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in CDM, health & safety, and environmental legislation.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (Desirable).
• Membership of IET, IAM, or progress toward Chartered status (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinate input from stakeholders.
• Oversee option development, FEED and early engineering readiness for financial sanction.
• Support regulatory governance processes including cost estimation and risk review.
• Prepare scope of works and support tender evaluations.
• Act as Client’s Delegated Representative and, where appropriate, Principal Designer.
